Laboratory

HACCP Assurance is an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory which means we have achieved the quality and compliance standards in food safety testing set forth for the entire industry. (Please see our full A2LA evaluation details and certificate for further information.

Our Laboratory Services include a wide range of microbiological analyses needed by the Agricultural and Food Services industries to ensure the safety of their products. We offer daily Courier service for sample transportation throughout the eastern part of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the southern tier of New York. Expanded Courier service is available throughout the Mid-Atlantic states and New England upon request.

The staff of HACCP Assurance’s laboratory is comprised of professional microbiologists and technicians using the latest technology to provide timely and detailed data-driven results. We utilize both standard testing methodologies (AOAC, ISO, FDA, USDA) and customized methods per your request to identify pathogens and indicator organisms.
