The staff of HACCP Assurance’s laboratory is comprised of professional microbiologists and technicians using the latest technology to provide timely and detailed data-driven results. We utilize both standard testing methodologies (AOAC, ISO, FDA, USDA) and customized methods per your request to identify pathogens and indicator organisms.
